1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

Some countries or regions may be excluded from shipping due to legal, logistical, or carrier restrictions.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Germany: 5–15 business days

  • Europe: 5–20 business days

  • North America: 7–25 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–25 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–35 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Dropshipping Fulfillment

As a dropshipping business, products may be shipped directly from our suppliers or fulfillment partners located in various countries.

Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Please allow several days for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received by the customer.

10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
